The Connection

This sculpture was part of a show called Primal Fugue. It was called Primal because all the work included was based on the basic shape of the cylinder and fugue because it includes variations of the primal shape. A slightly humorous take on Brancusi's sculpture, The Kiss is the other inspiration for this piece.
